How do I keep SMS costs under control?
Engage shows the cost before you send. A live counter tracks characters and message parts as you write, and a cost estimate covers the whole send. Spend caps per send and per month stop a campaign going over budget.

Can I track clicks from an SMS?
Yes. Engage shortens the links in your message and tracks clicks on them, so you can see how many guests acted on a text. Shorter links also leave more room for your words inside each message part, which keeps the part count down.

When will guests receive my messages?
Only between 08:00 and 20:00 at most, in each guest's local time, and never during your quiet hours. Engage honours STOP and START replies, so a guest who opts out is not texted again unless they opt back in.
