Which WiFi networks does Purple Engage work with?

Purple WiFi, Cisco Spaces, Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist, all in Beta. Each sends guest sign-ins and visits into Engage, where every sign-in becomes a contact with a visit history for the venue. HPE Aruba and RUCKUS are on the roadmap.

Which tills does Purple Engage connect to?

Seven tills in Beta: Square, Lightspeed X-Series, Lightspeed K-Series, Toast, Epos Now, Loyverse and Oracle Simphony. Each can redeem Engage offers by receiving codes, checking them live or reading redemptions back from sales. Toast's live check needs Toast partner acceptance. Zonal Aztec is coming soon.

Which booking systems and PMS does Purple Engage connect to?

Mews and apaleo for hotels, and ResDiary for restaurant bookings, all in Beta. Stays and bookings land on the guest record, and a completed booking or a hotel checkout can start a journey. Cloudbeds, Oracle OPERA, OpenTable and SevenRooms are on the roadmap.

Which CRM, messaging and business tools does Purple Engage connect to?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Shopify, Stripe, Segment and Twilio, all in Beta. CRM contacts and consent sync both ways, and Twilio carries your SMS and WhatsApp messages on your own account. Klaviyo and OneTrust are on the roadmap.

Can I connect Purple Engage to my own systems and automation tools?

Yes. The public REST API, webhooks with 34 event types, a website forms connector, CSV files over SFTP and a warehouse export are all in Beta. Apps for Zapier, Make, Pipedream and Microsoft Power Automate are in Beta on request, because they are not yet published in those marketplaces.

Which integrations are coming soon?

Zonal Aztec till redemption, Google Business Profile and Meta Ads. They are in development and not yet released. Google Business Profile comes with Reviews, and Meta Ads with Ads, both coming soon.

Questions

Are the Zapier and Make apps published?

Not yet. The apps for Zapier, Make, Pipedream and Microsoft Power Automate are built and in Beta, but are not published in those marketplaces. They are available on request.

Do I need a till integration to redeem offers?

No. Staff can redeem with a PIN on the guest's phone, a self-redeem countdown or the camera scanner in the staff web app. A till integration adds redemption at the point of sale.

How many webhook events does Engage send?

Webhooks cover 34 event types. They are in Beta, alongside the public REST API.

What if my system is not listed?

Use the public REST API, webhooks, website forms or CSV files over SFTP, all in Beta, or tell us what you run.
