Questions
Can each venue run its own offers?
Yes. Offers can target chosen venues, with caps per venue, a budget and a redemption window set for each offer.
How do I stop an offer costing too much across the group?
Set caps per guest, in total, per venue and in money. The offer report tracks cost against budget.
Can different venues use different tills?
Yes. Each connector is mapped to the venues it serves, so one venue can run Square and another Lightspeed.
Can I limit what each team member sees?
Yes. Venue-scoped access and custom roles give each team the controls it needs. Account admins manage your connectors.
