One brand kit behind every message, image and page
Brand kit, voice, templates and checks sit behind the email builder, the offer page, surveys and forms. The Studio extends them to image cards for ads, landing pages and a brief that drafts them together, for a person to approve.
How does one brand kit reach every message?
A brand kit holds your colors, fonts, logos and photos, plus a voice with a never-say list. Every email, sign-up form and hosted page a guest sees reads it, so a change made once reaches drafts and new sends without anyone telling the venues.
- One or more kits, each with colors, fonts, logos, icons and photos, and one set as the default
- Email blocks, the offer page, survey pages, sign-up forms and the preference center all follow it, and with no kit Purple's palette is used and no logo is ever invented
- A contrast guard flags color pairs guests cannot read
- Describe your brand voice, and list the words and phrases you never use
- The never-say list is a hard check: the subject score names the phrase, AI suggestions containing one are dropped and ad copy containing one is refused
Where do my templates live?
In one library, with one search across every kind of template. Every template knows where it is used, so an edit never changes a campaign that is already scheduled.
- One library with one search across emails, texts, surveys, forms, cards and ad creatives, filtered by kind, tag and where each is used
- Seven email starters (welcome, win-back, birthday, event, seasonal, offer voucher and post-visit survey) and 24 survey starters, copied into your account when picked
- Each template lists the campaigns and automations using it: edits reach drafts, and scheduled campaigns keep their copy
- SMS and WhatsApp templates share one library, with a live part counter and merge fields with fallbacks
What help does the AI give with the words?
A subject-line score as you type, suggested subject lines and a rewrite on any paragraph. The writing tools see your copy and your rules, never your guests.
- A subject-line score from 0 to 100 as you type, from a rules engine rather than a model, so it is free and scores the same everywhere
- Five suggested subject lines (urgent, playful, direct, curious and, once you have described your brand voice, one in that voice), each scored
- Shorten a paragraph, make it more engaging or fix spelling and grammar, shown beside the original with Accept, Try again and Discard
- The writing tools send only your own copy, voice and never-say list, never guest data, and output that breaks a rule is dropped, not repaired
- Ask the AI team and it can write templates too: its edits are drafts with one-click undo, and nothing reaches a guest without a separate approval
How do I get pictures without a designer?
Start with one picker for your brand assets, uploads and stock. The Studio then turns a design made once into the image for every placement, with checks and labels built in.
- One picker for brand kit assets, recent uploads and stock
- Unsplash photos and GIPHY GIFs, linked to the provider and never copied, with credit shown, and never used in ads
- A card designed once at a fixed ratio becomes the image on a Meta ad, rendered to each placement's size
- A safe-zone check keeps a headline clear of story controls
- AI-generated images carry a visible label, the logo is never generated, and prompts for people's faces or other brands' marks are refused
Can one brief make the email, text, image, ad and page together?
Yes. Describe the campaign once and the Studio drafts the set in your brand voice, checks every piece and sends nothing.
- Give the goal, offer, venues, dates, channels and tone, or paste a link
- Get back a draft email, a text, a card for each image ratio, a Meta ad draft and, if you want one, a landing page
- One set of checks covers every piece: contrast, the never-say list, merge fields, length per network, links and alt text
- Nothing is sent, and the ad goes live only when a person approves the exact campaign and spend
How do head office and venues share creative safely?
Head office sets the brand and decides what each venue may change. Venues fill in what is theirs, and nothing they edit can break the parts head office locked.
- Each block is open, content-only or locked
- Head office builds once, locks the logo and footer, and each venue gets a draft where only the open fields change
- One document carries each venue's name and photo across many venues
- An approval is tied to the content, and any edit voids it
Can each guest get their own language?
Yes. Add a language to an email without copying the template, and each guest receives the version that matches their language.
- Add a language or regional variant as a tab that changes only what you override, with the guest's language taken from the WiFi sign-in, forms, imports or the API
- The preference center, unsubscribe page and double opt-in page show in German, Greek, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch or Norwegian
- The built-in page translations are machine-drafted and held for a native speaker's review before they are switched on, and surveys carry their own language
Questions
Do we still need another design or email tool?
For email, mostly not: the email builder, template library, brand kit and AI help with the words are in Engage. The Studio adds image cards, a brief that drafts the whole set, and landing pages.
Can it stop "Hi ,"?
It stops most of it. A merge field with a fallback reads "Hi there" for a guest with no first name. An unknown field name blocks scheduling, and a real field with no fallback is warned about, not blocked.
Does our guest data go to the AI?
Not from the writing tools. Subject lines, rewrites and ad copy send only your own copy, brand voice and never-say list, with typed email addresses and phone numbers masked. The AI team is separate: when you ask it for something, it works as the signed-in person and treats what it reads as data, never as instructions.
Are stock photos copied into our account?
No. They link to Unsplash or GIPHY with credit shown, so a photo the provider removes disappears from earlier emails too. Stock images are not allowed in ads.
