How do you switch from Aislelabs to Purple Engage?
Switching from Aislelabs: what changes, step by step.
Moving from Aislelabs
- There is no ready-made Aislelabs connector. Bring guests in by CSV import, CSV over SFTP, the public API or Zapier where Aislelabs can export them.
- If your access points are Cisco Meraki or Juniper Mist, or you use Cisco Spaces, Engage reads WiFi sign-ins from them directly.
- Create your venues in Engage, or connect Purple WiFi, Cisco Spaces, Cisco Meraki or Juniper Mist.
- Import your contacts by CSV. Engage records which channels each contact's consent covers and who attested to it.
- Connect your POS, booking system or PMS, so spend, bookings and stays land on the guest record. Visits come from a connected WiFi system.
- Set up your own sending domain for email, and your own Twilio account for SMS and WhatsApp.
- Rebuild your automations as journeys by hand. Campaigns your AI team stages hold back 5% of guests, so your first one can be measured against a held-back group.
